59 MFD 330V/270VAC Motor Start Capacitor. Made in the USA by BMI

This AC motor start capacitor is suitable for single phase 3/4HP (horsepower) motors by Sta-Rite, Berkeley, Pentek, Pentair with capacitor start Induction run (CSIR) control boxes.

It is fully compatible for replacing those capacitors with part number: U17-1423, U17-1423-R , U17-2073 (330V). Some control box's capacitor is 270V withstand voltage but eventually will all replaced with 330V as the manufacturing cost is the same. They are interchangeable. We now stock the 330V version.

Manufacturer part # 091A059B330BD4X and is compatible with 091A059B270BD4X or CMCI 59MFD+20%/-0% in the submersible pump control box.

59 MFD +20%/-0% (uF) 330VAC. Also described as 59 - 71UF .   A discharge resistor attached 2 poles shown in photo.

The start capacitor in a motor control box is considered a consumable part. Capacitors tend to lose capacitance over time and/or use, and need to be replaced when the capacitance drops 10% below the described range or electrolyte leaking is observed.
