General Shipping Information:
We ship to Canada/continental USA States, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. PO Box may be excluded depending on order content and the shipping service chosen.
Here are some shipping time examples. An extra day may be added depending on the shipping courier. Weekends and holiday are not counted.

In very rare cases, a one day processing time is added to the shipping schedule described as below: Orders paid by 1:00PM PST during our business hours are usually shipped the same day. We strive to get all the order out the same day but orders placed after 1:00PM may miss our scheduled pick up which will be picked up by the courier the next business day. Orders that are placed during holidays, weekends and non-business hours will be shipped in the following business day.
Please ensure that the address you provide is up to date and accurate, as we cannot be held responsible in the event that you, the customer, provided us with an incorrect address.
Most orders with over $30 in value are shipped with tracking and insurance prepaid for your peace of mind. A tracking number will be forwarded to you after your order is shipped. The tracking number can also be found in your account. In the unlikely event that you don't receive a tracking number within 2 business days, please contact us.
For orders delivering outside of Canada, packages may occasionally be subject to customs processing delays. While such delays are rare, they can occur. Upon request, Tuhorse can get in contact with the shipping courier to assist with expediting the process and provide any necessary information for customs clearance. However, you agree to not hold Tuhorse North America or RPC Distributions responsible for customs delays, as they are beyond our control. In rare cases where a package is selected for customs inspection, delays typically range from one to two business days but may be longer depending on customs authorities.
Orders are subject to product availability. We strive to maintain an accurate inventory record on our website and fill all the paid orders. Should an item be sold out or due to other reasons become unshippable, a full refund will be sent back to you within two business days unless you tell us to keep the credit in your account.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a proper address. In these situations please contact the shipping company as soon as possible as they may have the package on hold for you. If it has already en-routed to our warehouse, give us a call or send us an email so we are aware of a returning shipment.
When we receive the returned package, we will refund you the original purchase price less the outbound shipping fee and the return shipping fee that may be incurred and charged by the shipping company.
You can choose to place another order with your correct address without waiting for your refund.
Overweight Item Shipping & Handling:
If a single item is over 150lb (e.g. a 30HP 6" motor or a 500 ft. spool of #8 gauge wire) we can only ship your entire order with LTL freight ground service. We may use TForce Freight or Canadian Freightway for LTL shipping of our choice. If you have a business address in a city, we can ship to most business locations that are capable of unloading. If our LTL freight service provider does not service your location, or if the extended area surcharge and the extra liftgate unloading fee significantly exceeds your paid shipping fee, we will discuss with you to ship your order to a freight service center for pickup or request the extra shipping fee from $70 and up, prior to shipping out your order. You can cancel your order for a full refund if you don't want to proceed with the extra charge.
Duties, Tariffs and Customs Fees:
There are no duties, tariffs, or customs fees on orders delivered within Canada. For orders delivered to the United States, Tuhorse may collect a subsidized fee at checkout. Tuhorse will then pay all applicable duties, tariffs, or customs fees directly to the U.S. government. This ensures that the customer will not pay any additional duties, tariffs, or customs fees upon delivery.
Cancellation:
A full refund will be given if cancellation notice is received before your order leaves our warehouse or otherwise outbound and return shipping fees are applied. Since we are always trying to ship out the item within one business day, the best way to stop our shipping process is to give us a call for an immediate cancellation and you will receive a cancellation confirmation number. Cancellation notice sent by email may not be guaranteed to stop the shipping. We are not responsible for orders shipped to you that claim to be cancelled but lack a confirmation number.
Warranty Service:
Solar Panels only: Solar panel warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer in the country which the panels were delivered to. If the panels were delivered to Canada, then the warranty service is provided by the Canadian manufacturer of the solar panels. If the panels were delivered to the United States, then the warranty service is provided by the United States manufacturer of the solar panels. Customers are responsible for submitting warranty claims directly to the manufacturer and coordinating with them throughout the warranty process.
All Other Products: All other products purchased on this website come with a 1 year limited warranty unless otherwise stated. We will repair or replace with a similar serviced unit or a new unit free of charge. Customers must arrange and pay for shipping of the unit to our warehouse. After repairs are complete or a replacement unit is arranged, we will pay for shipping of the unit to the customer. Warranty is valid only if: (1) Item is under normal use and within the item's specified working environment; (2) No physical damage; (3) No unauthorized alterations made to the item.
Warranty on the replacement unit will be valid either for the remaining warranty length of the original unit, or 3 months, whichever is longer.
Returns:
Returns may be accepted for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charge, only if the returned item is unopened and unused, unless otherwise stated on the item listing; items that have been opened or used will be charged a minimum 20% restocking fee. All returns can only be accepted within 15 calendar days from the date that the item is received. Customer is responsible for arranging and paying the shipping fees for the return. Shipping, handling and insurance charge will not be refunded. For items shipped with "free shipping" offers, we will charge back the real shipping cost prior to calculating your total refund.
