    Great Pump

    Planned on placing the pump at 400ft, but water level was too low, so we pushed it down to 500ft. Still pumping 21 gals a minute - SUPER! Info from Tuhorse: Thanks for the feedback for us to bring up this note to our potential buyers. The dead head of this pump is 426 feet. Mr. Tackitt set the pump at 500ft and still getting 21gpm because the water surface is at around 370 feet according to the pump curve for TH404512T230. Please do not expect this pump could pump any water if the water surface is over the dead head, 426 feet. There are two other 5.5HP models can be used for 400 to 500 feet water level, TH402320T230 or TH403018T230 and two 3HP models work for the depth but with less flow rate. TH400922T230, TH401517T230
