Shipping policy

Orders paid by 12:00 PM PST on a business day are usually shipped the same day, while orders paid after 12:00 PM PST or outside business hours will usually ship the following business day. For orders containing an individual product that weighs over 150 lbs (e.g., a 30HP 6" motor or a 500 ft. spool of #8 gauge wire), we typically ship them out within one or two business days. Once we ship out your order, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided.

Our website may charge a subsidized duty fee during checkout. When your order ships, Tuhorse pays all of the required import duties, tariff, and customs fees directly to U.S. Customs on your behalf. That way, customers can shop with confidence knowing that they will not be charged with any additional duties, tariffs, or customs fees when they receive the order at their doorstep.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is up to date and accurate, as we cannot be held responsible in the event that you, the customer, provided us with an incorrect address. In the event that you placed an order and provided a wrong shipping address, please give us a call right away at 604-528-9060.

Orders are subject to product availability. We strive to maintain an accurate inventory record on our website and fill all the paid orders. Should an item be sold out or due to other reasons become unshippable, a full refund will be sent back to you within two business days unless you tell us to keep the credit in your account.

In the rare event that you notice that your packages are stuck in transit or are experiencing customs clearance delays, please inform us right away and we will be happy to get in touch with the shipping courier to resolve the issue. We will not be able to reimburse the shipping fee for such delays, but we will do our best to help expedite the shipping process by getting in contact with the shipping courier to resolve the issue and will update the customer along the way.

Here are some shipping time examples. An extra day may be added depending on the shipping courier. Weekends and holidays are not counted. To US 48 States:

  • UPS® (UPS Standard℠) - by Ground, up to 6 Business days (e.g. WA, ID N. 2 days; OR, NV, MT, CA 3-4 days; TX 5 days; FL, NY 6 days)
  • UPS® (UPS 3-Day Select®) mostly - by Air, 3 Business days. (except 2 days to WA)
  • UPS® (UPS Worldwide Expedited®) - by Air, 2 Business days
  • UPS® (UPS Worldwide Express Saver®) - by Air, 1 Business day
  • FedEx (FedEx Ground) - by Ground, up to 6 Business days to 48 states (e.g. WA ID 2 days; OR, NV, MT, CA 3-4 days; FL, NY 6 days)
  • FedEx (International Economy - by Air, 2 Business days
  • FedEx (International Priority) - by Air, 1 Business day
