Important shipping note for solar panels:
Due to the large size of the solar panel, any orders that includes solar panel will only be shipped with Ground Service. Please do not choose 2 day or 1 day services even the options are displayed during check out. There is no air service available for the PV panel. We ship to Canada and 48 US continental States. For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico customers please buy solar pump packages without PV Panel as we do not have over size shipping available for those locations.

We prepaid customs duty and fee for all our USA buyers in the 50 States when goods entering from Canada to the USA. This is part of our service excellence to ensure that USA buyers will not receive an unexpected bill. I was very happy with this purchase. Tony was very helpful in helping me figure out a unique way to install my pump. The pump seems solid and is very powerful. It appears that it will continue to work well for a long time, but that remains to be seen. I highly recommend this pump based on what I saw online, it's the best bang for the buck.
First up, the support is First Class and the product is everything it claims to be and more ! Pump sits 75' below ground level and delivers 6+ GPM at a chilly 52 degrees. Pumped over 2800 gallons on the first day with no drop in water level.
A few days after my driller finished a 280' well, I purchased this kit. Per the instructions I tested everything out before I dropped the pump in the well. Everything tested out fine, I did learn that even a little shadow on the panel drastically lowers the power. I put the pump at 120', using pex tubing, and fabricated some racks for the panels. On a sunny summer southern California day I turned the system on. My 1500' tank was filled within four hours. The static water level is around 20'. The pump draws the level down to about 50'. The flow rate, in good sun, is about 5 gallons per minute. I am very happy with the purchase. Hopefully this pump will still be going strong in a few years.
