This TH4-015-12 is formerly our TH4-A-12. The pump curve remains the same because they are the same pump. We are in the process changing the model name to reflect the flow rate. 015 stands for 15GPM. The new model numbers help our customers to choose a suitable pump easier.

    The pump and motor appear to be very high quality products featuring a brass, not plastic, pipe fitting and stainless steel construction. I haven't had this pump in for very long but it appears to work well.

    I ordered this pump due to a failure of a Sears (Franklin manufactured) submersible pump which had lasted 15 years. The Tuhorse pump was delivered to my home two days after purchase. The controller box had a faulty/failed start capacitor which was delivered free of charge and very easily replaced . (The sale price of < $600 including 2 day shipping for a 2HP unit was a big factor in my decision to buy from Tuhorse. The same pump model is sold for ~$1200 by Sears.) Pump was self-installed at ~ 275 feet and is supplying water at specified rate of about 16GPM. The technician was very helpful and thorough with support.

    I was very pleased with the quality of the service and pump that we received from TuHorse. Reuben was very helpful in walking me through the calculator to determine the correct pump for the job and even called back to give me more information to make sure I got the right pump. It was shipped immediately and we were able to get it installed within a couple of days of receiving it. It is working really well! I am very happy with TuHorse.
