    I purchased this pump and controller in March 2016. It is now March 2020, and I have had no issues with this pump or controller, they are still working great. This has proved to be a very good pump. Customer service was also excellent. For a time I thought I was having a problem with the pump and they walked me through everything to check. Turned out to be just the pressure switch. I replaced that and problem was solved.

    we have had a few of these .They have been perfect. We have had to replace only because of lightening strikes. We use it at a cistern at our spring about 300 ft. below the house. very happy with it! Also, the price is excellent and the customer service could not be better...for any questions or concerns, they are right there for you.

    This pump provides good quality with ease of installation and excellent service from distributors. The pump surpassed my expectations and delivers the water volume and pressure as per advertised specs. The price in American dollars provides good quality as compared to similar products in Canada. I will await it's performance over time. The one year warranty is reassuring.

    The package arrived as and when promised , it was complete, instructions are primitive so ignore those and either understand what you're doing or do some research. Products looked and worked perfect. What more can you ask for at this price?
